Profile: Director - Peter Ward

Peter is a commercial sector specialist with over 30 years experience in the property industry including with several of Australia’s leading real estate corporations.   He has personally negotiated in excess of $850 million in sales, including many well known landmark properties.

Prior to entering the real estate industry in Melbourne in 1987, Peter was a Senior Manager with one of Australia’s leading banks.  During his real estate career he was General Manager of a prominent Melbourne commercial estate agency and personally involved with many major landmark sales during this period including the auction sale of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s headquarters in East Melbourne and the Victorian Railways Spencer Street Headquarters on behalf of the Victorian Government.  He subsequently worked with several other leading real estate agencies prior to moving to the Sunshine Coast in 1999 to continue his career.

Peter works with clients to develop marketing campaigns to maximise their sales outcomes over a range of tourism and leisure asset classes including hotels, motels, resorts, tourist and manufactured home parks, management rights, plus general commercial real estate.

Peter's background, experience and superb negotiation skills contribute to excellent sales outcomes for his clients and he also enjoys an enviable success record in ensuring that contracts proceed to settled sales.
